  I have trained with MAB now for over 18 months. I continue my training with them because I love the commitment, personal interest from the trainers, the outdoor adventures, the ethos of 'making fitness fun' and love the fact this business is head and shoulders above the rest. I have learned so much about me both in mind and body and continue to grow physically and mentally. Prior to training I suffered a stroke and now I am running 10K's, climbing mountains and so much more. I would highly recommend anybody..young/old/male/female to train with MAB and you will not be disappointed.

  I love Mel's adventures and the energy and love she brings to every activity. Wearing her adventure wear while hiking a mountain or kayaking brings out the best in me. It makes me feel happy, adventurous, beautiful and filled with joy, love and gratitude.

  Mel & the team at MAB are all truly wonderful people, they have the experience and knowledge needed to help motivate you and guide you to reach your fitness goals.
  From beginners to seasoned Athletes, Mel & the team will help prepare you physically as well as mentally for whatever Challenge.
  It was all thanks to MABs guidance and expert advice that assisted me in climbing to the top of Africa, reaching the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro last year.
