  I would not recommend this company EVER! The bond clean was not completed and they would not return to finish the job. We ended up having to use a different company all together. Their bond back guarantee is a total lie, they are unprofessional and rude. Do not use them!

  Thanks for ruining the polished floors in my rental property via a bond clean in November 2017 and making zero attempt to rectify the situation. Even the bond clean was so far below standard the rental agency was surprised. Thanks for taking the money from the tenants and not reimbursing them.
  
  Every effort has been made by me, quotes etc and never any replies. Not a single thing done and no change once Fair Trade was involved. There was every opportunity to have it fixed prior to a removal occurring but not a thing has been done.
  
  It is now April and your promise to ensure it would all be fixed is nothing more than ‘words’. Your lack of professionalism is obvious at every turn. One star is one too many in my opinion. You have wasted an inordinate amount of my time so far, however, the situation will not be going away. You refuse to reply to email. At least I now have address details to use for you.

  HORRENDOUS. This company is also called ICLEAN SUNSHINE COAST. The person I dealt with was RYAN MAIR-dodgy!!!! We paid $680 for a bond clean and our agent was shocked at the quality of their work. Some surfaces were not wiped down, steam cleaning of one carpet was skipped, the floor grout was left dirty even though we specifically asked if they could clean it and cobwebs were left behind. Do not hire these people if you want your bond back. They would not answer my email and my partner continued to contact them via email and phone for a straight week. When he finally got back to us nothing was resolved-NOTHING WAS DONE! So much for “guaranteed or your money back!”. TERRIBLE customer service and HORRIFIC workmanship.

  WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! *also tradenamed iClean Sunshine Coast Bond Cleaning. We paid nearly 800 dollars for a bond clean which they did not complete. We have tried contacting them via phone, email and text message multiple times and have gotten no response!! We tried sending photos through email of the atrocious state of the house and the response we got was some random people rocking up on our door demanding to be let in to clean while we weren’t home. So unprofessional and downright rude. They won’t reply to us in any form and we paid cash upfront. Do not use this business they’re dodgy and scammers and unprofessional!!

  Thank you Ryan and your team.
  I booked another company for this bond clean as recommended by my Agent. As they would not come out and quote and wanted to do this over the phone they quoted me $100 more but i booked them to keep Agent happy. Within an hour of them arriving they called me trying to get more money out of me things like blinds they only dust its extra to wipe them down, extra because my cupboards were "dirty" . I promptly told them to leave my property and called JCN and spoke with Ryan.
  Ryan came out and quoted as a priority, advised the price ($100 cheaper then the other company without the upsell).
  The boys worked there bums out and did a great job on the clean, very easy to deal with and will be the first people i call if needed in the future.
